Community Overview
One of South Florida's most recognized golf communities, PGA National offers resort-level amenities, championship courses, and a diverse residential experience.
PGA National is a large, established resort-style community spread across roughly 2,000 acres in Palm Beach Gardens, built in the 1980s with approximately 5,000 residences across more than 40 distinct neighborhoods. The community is anchored by five championship golf courses: the Champion Course (Jack Nicklaus Signature, originally a George and Tom Fazio design, redesigned by Nicklaus in 2014 — host of the Cognizant Classic / formerly the Honda Classic, the 1983 Ryder Cup, and the 1987 PGA Championship, and home of the infamous "Bear Trap"), the Palmer Course (Arnold Palmer), the Fazio Course (Tom Fazio), the Squire Course (named for Gene Sarazen), and the Estates Course (Karl Litten). Beyond golf, residents enjoy a 32,500 sq-ft Sports & Racquet Club, 19 tennis courts, a five-lane lap pool, full-service spa, multiple dining options, and a 240-acre nature preserve. Club membership is optional rather than mandatory.
